Roses in December - Jasper - Our Lady of Guadalupe

Roses in December - Jasper - Our Lady of Guadalupe

This rosary honors Our Lady of Guadalupe, La Morenita, who gave Saint Juan Diego roses in December.

Each Trinity-form end of the openwork crucifix encloses a lily, symbolic of Our Lord's resurrection. The crucifix is solid bronze, and hand-cast; the original comes from the Philippines.

Our Lady of Guadalupe is depicted on the splendid, large Trinity-form center. The shape of the crucifix beautifully complements the shape of center. Both pieces are hand-cast from vintage originals, in solid bronze.

The Pater beads are ebony. Alongside the Paters are beads of solid brass and jasper.

The Aves are rosy brown jasper, separated by beads of matte glass.
