The Psalm says of trees planted by the river, “They will bear fruit in due season; their leaves will never fade.”

The crucifix of this rosary is highly dimensional, with a spiral pattern that wraps all the way around. It’s solid bronze, hand-cast from an antique original.

The leaf-shaped Paters were cast from an antique original, in solid bronze. Alongside the Paters are oval beads of solid brass.

The Aves are red jasper, with lovely subtle inclusions. Between the Aves are matte glass beads in grays and browns.

All the connecting rings are solid bronze. The beads at the ends of the strands are solid brass and bronze. The rosary is strung on premium quality Soft Flex jewelers’ cable composed of 49 strands of steel encased in nylon; each end is double-crimped for security.

This rosary is made all-in-one-loop, rather than in the familiar “Y” configuration. We don’t often see all-in-one-loop rosaries nowadays, but they were the norm until just a century or two ago.
