The crucifix of this rosary is solid bronze, cast from a Celtic original. At the center of the cross is an image of the Agnus Dei — the Lamb of God. At each end of the cross is the triquetra — the Trinity Knot — representing the Holy Trinity, within a circle symbolizing eternity.

The center of the rosary shows the Sacred Heart of Jesus on the obverse, and Our Lady of Mount Carmel on the reverse. It’s cast from a vintage original in solid bronze.

The Pater beads are weighty old French brass. Their caps are also solid brass.

The striking green stone Ave beads are malachite. These beads are a slightly smaller 6mm size, yet — thanks to the way they’re spaced — we find it easy to distinguish one from another by touch.

Separating the Aves are beads of Japanese matte glass. The connecting rings are solid bronze.

The rosary is strung on premium quality Soft Flex jewelers’ cable, composed of 49 strands of steel encased in nylon, with a test strength of 26 pounds; each end is double-crimped for security.
