The movement and power of storms is suggested by the shapes and colors of this rosary — which brings to mind Jesus’ strange question to the Apostles after that storm on the Sea of Galilee, “Why are you afraid?”

The crucifix of the rosary is adorned with the Spina Christi plant - Christ’s Thorns. The crucifix and the center are both solid bronze, cast from vintage originals.

The wild-looking Pater beads are carved wood, each unique. These are set between beads of solid brass.

The stone Aves are Hawk’s Eye, stormy gray-blue and chatoyant. Separating these are beads of matte glass.

All the connecting rings are solid bronze. The rosary is strung on premium quality SoftFlex jewelers’ cable composed of 49 strands of steel encased in nylon, with a test-strength of 26 pounds. Each end is double-crimped for security.
